How to order ?

1. Create your customer account

Are you a new customer ? Before starting the ordering process, create your account. Are you already a customer ? Log in.

2. Add items to the cart

To put an item in your cart, simply click on the small green shopping cart under each item.

If you're in the product page, just adjust the desired quantity and click on "add to cart".

 You will then see the items added to the cart in the upper right corner of your screen.

By hovering over the cart in the top right corner of the screen, you will see a list of the products already in your cart.

When your purchases are complete, click on "View my cart".

3. Finalize and pay for my order

If you have a discount code, click on "Do you have a promo code?" which is located in your cart and enter your code.

If you are logged in and have a discount code linked to your account, you can click on "Choose your promo code", a window will open and allow you to select the promo code in your account.

Have you accumulated loyalty points?

You can convert your points into a purchase voucher directly from your cart by clicking on the "Convert my X points" button.

4. Choose my carrier

Once you have clicked on "Place the order", you will be redirected to the carrier choice page.

Do you want to deliver in France? You have the possibility to choose between 2 delivery modes : 

• Collection point
• Home delivery

The collection point offers 2 options : 

• Collection in Colissimo relay point
• Collection in UPS relay point
