I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A RETURN FOR A REFUND ?

To return items purchased on our site, please go to our after-sales service or contact our customer service.

Do not forget to enclose the duly completed return form in your package.

 

More details on the return conditions:

We thank you for returning the products to us in the condition in which you received them with all the delivered elements (accessories, original product packaging, instructions, etc.).

Please do not affix the return label directly to the original product packaging but use an appropriate shipping carton. Refunds are made after verification of the returned items and can only be recorded if the products have not been used and can be relisted.

If you have benefited from a gift promotion linked to the amount spent and wish to return all or part of the order concerned to us, we give you the option of keeping the gift and deducting its value from the refund of your return. If you do not wish to keep the gift granted, we invite you to place it in your return package. Please indicate your preferences on the form to slip into your return package.

If you return your order in its entirety and within 14 days of receipt of your package (statutory withdrawal period), the return costs remain your responsibility but we will reimburse you for the shipping costs of your original order. Beyond this limit or if your return concerns only part of your order, only the returned products will be refunded to you, after deduction of the original shipping costs.

 

WHAT ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED ?

We unfortunately cannot accept all returns, mainly for hygienic reasons.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or tested items cannot be returned because and they cannot be relisted.
  • Quick sale items that are approaching their expiration / use-by date cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Hygiene items (open cosmetics or products that come into direct contact with the skin such as face masks, gloves, sponges, sanitary napkins, etc.)

 

I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A RETURN TO EXCHANGE ONE OR MORE ITEMS ?

We do not exchange items: all returns are COD only.

We invite you to order the item (s) you are interested in (s) directly on our site, in order to receive it as soon as possible.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that return packages sometimes take a long time to reach us and we thank you for your patience.

 

I RECEIVED A PRODUCT I DIDN'T ORDER OR A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT ?

We make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, a problem can still arise. If you received the wrong product or if any of the items in your order appear to be defective, contact our Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your package and we will assist you as soon as possible. In this case, the return will always be done with our return label and of course at our expense.

You can also submit your return request via our after-sales service module.

Do not return a defective item to us by your own means: apart from the lack of tracking, we will not be able to reimburse the return costs that have been caused by sending packages without our return label or guarantee a refund of your items. in the event of a lost package.

PLEASE NOTE: we will not be able to take this type of complaint into consideration beyond the 14-day period granted, the date of your complaint email being taken as proof.

 

IN PRACTICE, HOW DO I DO ?

If you received a defective product or received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Do not make returns on your own.

If you have changed your mind and wish to return one or more items (unopened / unused) to us, contact our customer service.

You can also submit your return request via our after-sales service module.

All you have to do is slip your return form into your package and drop it off at the post office of your choice. Please do not affix the return label directly to the original packaging of the item and use a suitable box for shipping.

Refunds are only made upon receipt of your package and after verification of the returned items.

We do not carry out "exchange" orders: you can send your order back to us and then place your order again.
