Policy of return

Our first goal is to make sure that you are satisfy with every order you place.

However, if you receive a defective product, a product non-compliant with your order or dammaged during transport, we ask you to accept our apologies.

 

We invite you to send us an e-mail (if possible, within 3 days as from the reception of your parcel) to info@aroma-zen.com, explaining your case en mentionning (if possible) the following:

- your phone number, so that we can get in touch with you easily,

- the number of your order or, if not, your complete contact details,

- the number of the bar-code on the label of your parcel.

 

Our Customer Service will contact you as fast as possible in order to explain the procedure to follow.
