Lavender honey (Active ingredient)

Produced mainly in Provence, lavender honey is characterized by its aromatic taste that is both flowery and fruity. To make it, bees can forage on several species of the plant (true lavender, spike lavender, lavandin). Used as a culinary ingredient, lavender honey also finds its place in cosmetics where it is valued for its restorative and healing properties. Lavender honey is also recommended for the treatment of acne.
