use

Infuse a bag in a cup of water at 100 Â° C for 5-10 minutes.
Drink 3 cups a day.

Lavender flower: 20%, Lemon Verbena leaf *: 20%, Melissa leaf *: 20% Hibiscus flower: 20%, Cinnamon bark *: 10%, natural aromas of red fruits and lemon *: 5%, Oils essential lavender * and * Lemon 4%, acidifier: citric acid: 1%.
