Use

To let infuse 1 coffee spoon during 10 minutes in 200 ml of water heated into 95°C.
Proportion recommended: 4 coffee spoons per day, to consider within the framework of a programme of 3 weeks to 1 month for a maximum of benefits.

Composition

Pieces of apple* (18%), coriandre*, fennel*, wild rose* (15%), green mint*, anise*, melissa* (8%), petals of cornflower*.

De vraies morceaux de plantes, bien conservées, non écrasées (pas comme sur un autre site où j'ai reçu de la poussière à la place de feuilles de menthe).

Tisane délicieuse !

Pour traiter des troubles de l'humeur. Plutôt efficace (en association avec passiflore, valériane et millepertuis)
