At each meal, take 1 or 2 tablespoons of coconut fibers in a Boissoin (water, juice, milkshake, smoothie, cocoa, tea, coffee).
You can also add coconut flour sauce, yoghurt, muesli, dessert, to oatmeal or your meal.
In your baking, replace 10-15% of conventional flour with coconut flour and add as many additional water.
When cooking with 100% coconut flour, using a binder such as corn starch, potato starch, egg yolk or agar.
