Coconut Oil: moisturizing and soothing


The virgin coconut oil Bioflore is expressed from the fresh nuts. Its lovely and evocative smell of the fruit is proof that it is not coconut oil nuances rather rancid, the latter being obtained from the dried nuts. Coconut oil has a milky appearance. It tends to freeze quickly enough but it is usually sufficient to hold the bottle between hands to restore it to its fluid consistency.
Its essential fatty acids, lauric acid head, and vitamins A and E make it a treasure of benefits to skin and hair.

Indication

By its virtues and its aroma, coconut oil will be considered as an ingredient of the oil phase of any cosmetic cream.

Properties

  • Coconut oil treats dry, mature, lacking elasticity.
  • It is preventive chapping and cracking.
  • Moisturizing and soothing, it's a good after-sun.
  • It restructures the hair and smooth: studies show that it is able to penetrate the heart of the hair. It is suitable for fine hair, dull, split ends. It should also be specifically curly and frizzy hair. As such it can be used: a mask before shampoo or moderately well and spreading it over the two palms, after shampooing.

Trick

Sugar scrub recipe
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil jojoba flavored with vanilla (1-2 drops of soluble oleoresin)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vitamin E
  • A dozen drop of essential oil of lavender
This scrub is used at the rate of a small handful, in the shower. Spread the mixture on the skin and gently rinse, preferably with warm water. This recipe can also fit that face. Soft, exfoliating and nourishing, this scrub in coconut oil leaves the skin silky.

Styling Gel
Integrate gradually ¼ virgin coconut oil in ¾ of aloe vera gel. Stir until creamy gel.

Lice Mask
For a volume of 10 ml: 4 drops of essential oil of great lavender, 4 drops of essential oil of tea tree, 2 drops of essential oil of cloves, 3 ml of oil neem and 6.5 ml coconut oil. Apply a few hours and then comb through the hair. To be renewed as regularly as necessary, until no nits.
