Magnesium pidolate


Pidolic acid, obtained from beets, is a physiological molecule naturally present in the human body. It is also a remarkable vehicle for many molecules that need to be delivered to the body. Nat & Form thus offers highly bioavailable mineral salts such as magnesium pidolate. Once absorbed, magnesium contributes to the reduction of fatigue and the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles.

Use

6 to 8 capsules per day.

Composition

Ingredients for 8 capsules: magnesium pidolate 2.4 g including 208 mg of elemental magnesium (i.e. 55% of the Nutritional Reference Values), gelatin 600 mg.
