Magnesium malate SFB Laboratories contributes to normal muscle function and is involved in over 300 metabolic reactions.

Malic acid is present in most plants, and can be supplied to the body by eating include fruits (reasons, apples and pears etc.).
This acid is one of the elements in the mechanism for extracting energy from food.

Dosage

1 to 3 tablets per day.

Composition

Magnesium (magnesium malate) 425 mg, 5 mg sodium, 2.5 g malic acid.
Other ingredients: stearic acid, acacia gum, cellulose, colloidal silica, magnesium stearate.

1250 mg tablet =

A daily serving gives you 450 mg of magnesium (150% of the Recommended Daily Allowance)
