The Me Luna © is a flexible, reusable, medical-grade menstrual cup every time you have your period.
Positioned in the vagina, lower than a tampon, the Me Luna © recovers your menstrual flow but does not absorb it.
It fits into the vagina in the same way as a tampon.

- THE MODEL :

25% stiffer than a Me Luna "Classic" menstrual cup. This increased rigidity allows the menstrual cup to withstand the pressure of the pelvic muscles and to stay properly in place even when playing sports.

- THE TIP :
The ring-shaped tip is ideal for beginners as it makes it easy to grab the cup for removal.

Use
Folding techniques:
Tip : in case of difficulty insertion or dryness of the mucous membranes, you can use a water -based lubricant, a water-based lubricant in an applicator or simply moisten your menstrual cup.
How to remove Me Luna:
1. In a comfortable position, use your fingertips to find the rod, ball or ring at the end of the menstrual cup.
2. Pinch the base of the cup with your thumb and forefinger.
Note: make sure that the depression is done correctly so as not to feel the "suction cup" effect when removing.
3. Turn your Me Luna by pulling it gently downwards.
4. Empty your menstrual cup in the toilet, rinse and replace or sterilize, dry and store it in its pouch protected from light. The menstrual cup should be emptied several times a day (2 to 4 times).

Special precautions
Before each use, it is necessary to wash your hands thoroughly. Be careful not to damage the base of the menstrual cup with your fingernails. The menstrual cup should not be used for more than 6 hours in a row for more than 6 hours without cleaning it. Do not use during postnatal bleeding (risk of inflammation). Cannot be used during intercourse.
