use

1. Hold the applicator at the widest end, shake it to bring the contents to the narrow end.
2.Turn and pull on the capsule to remove it.
3.Insert only the narrow end of the applicator into the vagina . To do this, take the position that is most enjoyable, lying, sitting or standing.
4. Once the applicator is inserted, press the wide end several times to ensure the exit of the entire product.
