Give your dishes an Asian touch
Indication
Shirataki - or Konjac spaghetti - are traditionally made in Japan in the Gunma region. Aromandise is one of the pioneers in Asian cuisine at home. The association of Konjac (perennial plant growing from a tuberous rhizome) with rice makes spaghetti tastier and offers a smoother texture in the mouth. But what is Konjac made of?
Konjac is mainly composed of Glucomannan which contributes to weight loss (1 *) and to the maintenance of a normal blood cholesterol level (2 *).
Aromandise shows ingenuity thanks to the development of an innovative manufacturing process that reduces the water in storage by 75% and largely neutralizes the typical fishy odor that konjac brings. This odor disappears completely after rinsing.
(* 1) At the rate of a daily consumption of 3g minimum of glucomannan in three doses of 1g each (50g of drained pasta), with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and as part of a low-calorie diet . (* 2) The beneficial effect is obtained by the daily consumption of 4g of glucomannan (200g of drained pasta). It is important to have a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Consumption with plenty of water recommended to ensure ingestion of the substance up to the stomach.
