Recipe for a kari madras okra *
* okra is a kind of small zucchini, you can use directly zucchini in this recipe
ingredients: 6 tablespoons of Kari Madras (to adjust according to your tastes)
400 g of zucchini
1/2 tablespoon caster sugar
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tomatoes
1 or 2 peppers
Preparation: - Wash the zucchini, dry them and cut the ends
- Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes
- Rinse the pepper
- Mix in a bowl Kari Madras, sugar and lemon juice
- In a wok, heat the oil
- Pour the spice paste and fry for 2 minutes, add the zucchini
- Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes
- Regularly check the cooking of zucchini
- Decorate with tomatoes and 1 or 2 peppers you add at the end of cooking
