Griffonia (Active ingredient)

The Griffonia is a plant of western Africa. It contains the "5HTP ( 5 Hydroxytryptophane), an amino acid which intervenes in the secretion of the serotonin (neurotransmitter occurring in the regulation of the mood). The Griffonia is therefore used as a natural regulator of the mood and the sleep. It helps to find quiet and serenity in case of stress or of anxiety.
