Dietaroma has selected the most active plants in optimal doses (3600 mg PE *) for a triple action:
- The mélatonile helps reduce sleep latency.
- Quality of Organic Valerian helps to a good sleep quality.
- The quality Escholtzia bio contributes to relaxation. 
 * EPS = Equivalent Plante dryer.

The beneficial effect is obtained by the consumption of 1 mg mélatonile before bedtime.

use

Take 2 tablets daily before bedtime with a glass of water.
A box of Nocta Mélatonile + corresponds to a 20-day cure.
Cons-indicated in children under 12 years.

Indication

Contributions by recommended daily dose (2 tablets):
  • Eschscholtzia *: 200 mg (800 mg EPS)
  • Griffonia: 200 mg (2000 mg EPS)
including: L-5-HTP: 60mg
  • * Valerian: 200 mg (800 mg EPS)
  • mélatonile: 1.95 mg. 
 * ingredients from organic farming.

Composition

Eschscholtzia extract of aerial parts * (Eschscholtzia californica), maltodextrin * supports and silica, Griffonia seed extract (Griffonia simplicifolia), valerian extract * root (Valeriana officinalis) maltodextrin and silica supports *, dehydrated rice syrup *, citrate calcium, magnesium carbonate, sunflower oil *, silicon dioxide, mélatonile.
