Seeds to sprout Alfalfa / Fenugreek / Radish

Use

Soak 1 to 2 tablespoons of seeds in a bowl of water overnight.
To activate the germination power of some seeds, put them in the refrigerator overnight before soaking. Rinse them and pour everything into one of the perforated trays of your Bardo'germ germinator .

  • Rinse morning and evening.
  • Do not expose the seeds to direct light.
  • Temperature between 18 and 20 ° C.
  • Before consuming your sprouted seeds, rinse and wring them out.
  • Sprouted seeds can be stored for 6 days in the refrigerator in a tightly closed box.
