Properties

The coconut blossom sugar is a slow sugar with a glycemic index of 35 (against 75 for white bread and 78 for a baked potato with water). The calories are absorbed more slowly and blood sugar fluctuates less.

Très bon produit pour remplacer le sucre . Sur des crêpes avec jus de citron et huile de coco , c'est top !! Malheureusement vu le prix, on ne peut guère s'en servir pour la confection pâtisserie..
