Posology

  • External way: for the affections of the nervous system, 3 to 4 drops of essential bergamot oil on the arch of the foot, the inner face of the wrists, on the solar plexus or on both sides of the spinal column.
  • Intern sees: consult your doctor.

Tips

  • A deodorizer whose perfume will go up the moral one or will calm a small family tension: to mix 1 drop of ’ essential oil of bergamot, 2 drops of essential oil of true lavender and 2 drops of essential grapefruit oil.
  • A natural perfume: 3 drops of ’ essential oil of bergamot, 1 drop of essential oil of ’ incense, 1 drop of ’ essential oil of sandal, 2 drops of ’ essential oil of tangerine and 100 drops of ’ vegetable oil of jojoba.

Special precautions

  • To hold out of reach of young children.
  • This product cannot replace a balanced food mode.
  • Not to exceed the advised amount.
  • Except informed verdict, not to use during the pregnancy, breast feeding and for the children of less than 3 years.
  • To preserve safe from any source of heat and of light.
  • Risk of photosensitization. Not to apply before exposure to the sun.
