Properties

Helps maintain calm and serenity and thus contributes to a healthy and restful sleep.
Promotes a positive mindset.
Purifies the air.
In cooking, to flavor desserts, teas, infusions.
Disinfecting and regenerating in skincare.
Promotes a smooth digestion, especially in case of tensions or slow digestion.

Possible association

In a hot, dilute a few drops of bergamot in Disp'arome.
In a neutral face cream, add 1 drop of Bergamot and 1 drop of lavender (oily skin prone to acne).

Use

Recommended use: broadcast, 15-30 minutes before bedtime.
Possible uses: bath, local application, compress.
