It is not always easy to eat balanced with alkalizing products. Yet, caring for yourself is essential.

The consumption of the Basic Balanced infusion promotes the return to balance since it contains alkalizing and beneficial herbs, such as oat grass. The fragrant lavender as for it, gives to this infusion a note quite particular.

The subtle message of this infusion is: "Balance gently".

  • Dandelion :
Dandelion undoubtedly counts among the wild plants the most known and the most spread on our globe. Characterized by a particularly aromatic flavor, its slightly bitter and delicately bitter leaves are a wonderful accompaniment to salads, smoothies and tasty infusions.

  • Lavender :
Spicy and bitter with slightly bitter notes, lavender contains precious essential oils.

  • Lemongrass :
Lemongrass contains essential oils and is characterized by a powerful taste, sparkling and lemony. Used mainly in Asian cuisine, the origin of lemongrass, belonging to the family Gramineae, remains until today unknown.

  • Nettle : 
 Because of its pleasantly sweet taste, it is increasingly appreciated as an ingredient in cooking, in hot drinks or smoothies.


  • Oat grass :
Spike-shaped aerial parts are harvested before flowering and then dried directly after harvest. Oat grass is characterized by a pleasantly sweet and slightly sweet flavor.

use

Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the bag and let steep for 5 minutes, or longer for a stronger taste. Enjoy.
