Choco Chaï is a warming blend of Chaï spices and cocoa bean peels. This combination of cocoa, licorice, cinnamon, ginger and cardamom gives an infusion with the taste of paradise. Relax, take a sip and inhale the wonderful aroma of chocolate.
The subtle blend of this infusion is: "The delicious indulgence".

Indication

This Ayurvedic infusion is neutral on Vata, increases Pitta and decreases Kapha.

Properties

  • Cocoa bark
    The rind of the cocoa tree fruit has a flavor as smooth and sweet as the bean itself, while containing far fewer calories.
  • Cloves
    Used for over 3000 years in the Far East as a medicinal and aromatic plant, ginger has a pungent and fruity taste but also many vitamins, essential oil and precious minerals.
  • Cinnamon
    Cinnamon was among the most expensive spices in the world and is believed to have already been used in China as a spice and as a medicinal remedy 3000 BC. JC Cinnamon comes from the bark of the South Asian cinnamon tree. Its taste is aromatically sweet and it contains, in addition to tannins, a precious essential oil.

Use

Add 2 teaspoons (2.6 g) to 1 liter of boiling water and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Filter. Add hot milk and sugar to your liking.

    J'ai voulu essayé et je n'ai pas aimé cette version, tout simplement ( pas assez épicé, pas assez de saveurs) .......je préfère de loin l'original : le classic Chaï

    C'est dommage qu'il n'existe pas un coffret complet dégustation de cette marque
