Infusion invigorating ginger and lemon


The spicy flavor of ginger warms the heart and lifts the spirit. The fruity flavor of lemon acid refreshes the mind and invigorates the soul. Key lemongrass, licorice and black pepper adds a slight spicy sweetness. Always delicious, this infusion Yogi Tea refreshes in summer and warm in winter.

Ginger Infusion / Lemon increases Pitta, decreases Vata and Kapha.

Use

Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the bag and let steep 5-7 minutes or longer for a stronger flavor.

Ginger * (4%), licorice *, * lemongrass, black pepper *, lemon peel * (4%), peppermint * (4%), citrus extract * (3%), hibiscus *, lemon juice dried * (2%).
