Lebanese turmeric cake - Stouf (ingredients for 6 people) - 250 g of fine semolina
- 1 glass of flour
- 1 C. coffee baking soda

- 2 tbsp. orange blossom water (or rose water )
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 handful of pine nuts
- 2 glasses of sugar
- 1 glass of vegetable oil (or coconut oil )
1 / Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Grease a pie pan.
2 / In a salad bowl, mix the semolina, the flour, the bicarbonate, the sugar, the scented water and the turmeric.
3 / Make a well and pour in the oil and milk. Mix well to obtain a smooth paste.
4 / Pour the device into the pie plate and decorate with the pine nuts. Cook 20 minutes.
