Posology

  • External use: for the nervous indications, 3 drops of essential oil of true lavender on the arch of the foot, the inner face of the wrists, the solar plexus (to be repeated with the need), and in local applications for all the other indications.
  • Intern use: consult your doctor.

Tips

  • 4 drops of essential oil of true lavender on a cotton or a piece of wood to be placed in your cupboards at clothing will move away the mites and will give a pleasant odor to your linen.
  • 2 drops of essential oil of true lavender on the reverse of a collar of pyjamas or pillowcase will support a fast and repairing sleep.
  • Piqûres, burns, zones irritated, sunstrokes: to apply 1 to 2 drops of essential oil of true lavender (pure or diluted in a vegetable oil).
