Prepare your drink to be in top shape: golden milk with
turmeric Recipe for a golden milk with turmeric ingredients:- 125ml of vegetable milk or water
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- about 1 tsp of turmeric paste according to the desired intensity
- 1 tsp of maple syrup or honey if you feel the need to sweeten
Preperation : * For this recipe you will first prepare a turmeric paste that you can leave in the refrigerator for up to 1 month in a tightly closed glass container.
- In a saucepan, mix 30g of ground turmeric, ½ tsp of trikatu (ginger and 2 peppers), 125ml of water.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until a homogeneous and thick paste is obtained (about 5 minutes).
- Then pour your preparation into a glass container.
- To prepare your milk, mix all the ingredients in a saucepan.
- Heat everything for 1 to 2 minutes over medium heat (without boiling), and enjoy!
We advise you to drink a glass of your golden milk every morning for more efficiency, spices are not recommended in the evening because they are too
stimulating .
