The bigaradier, or petit grain bigarade, helps resist stress, fatigue and insomnia, but also nervous cough and muscle spasms.

Fresh and delicate

Originally from China, the bitter orange, or bitter orange, is nothing other than the tree from which the famous orange blossom water is extracted. Less expensive than neroli, whose properties are similar, it diffuses a delicate smell of citrus and flower.

Dosage

  • External: for all indications nerve, 3 drops of essential oil of petit grain bigarade on the arch, the inner side of the wrists, on the solar plexus (to be repeated if necessary), and in local application for the other indications.
  • Internal: consult your doctor.

Trick

  • 1 drop of essential oil of small grain bigarade and 1 drop of essential oil of rosemary to verbenone in a walnut of day cream help wonderfully oily skin. The same application is valid for oily hair.
  • For a soothing effect: add 20 drops of essential oil of petit grain bigarade and 10 drops of essential oil of mandarin to 50 ml of vegetable oil . In the evening, when sleeping your children, massage their solar plexus with this preparation for 1 to 2 minutes.
