Regulates intestinal transit with blond psyllium and coir + pre- and probiotic ferments.

Actilax is a dietary supplement coconut flour compound and blond psyllium powder, 2 excellent sources of natural fibers for a regular transit.

Indication 

 It contains prebiotics and probiotics for good intestinal flora. It is gluten free and also plays a role in appetite suppressants.

Trick

Tips for better elimination:
  • Drinking enough 1 liter of water per day, tea or herbal tea.
  • Adopting a balanced diet including fiber: vegetables, fruits, whole grains.
  • Relax and unwind in everyday life.
  • Being physically avtivité, toning his abs to promote peristalsis of the bowel.

Dosage 

 2 times a day take a 10g dose mixed in a glass of water, fruit juice, vegetable juice .or yogurt. 
 Drink an additional glass of water immediately. 
 In case of very sensitive intestines, take half dose 2 times a day.

Composition

per 100g:
  • Coconut flour (cocosnucifera) 60% fiber: 40g
  • Blond Psyllium (Plantago ovata): 40g
  • Fructo-oligosaccharides with short chains (Prebiotics): 19.4g
  • Lactobacillus acidophilus (12.5 billion sprouts, probiotic): 0.6g
The recommended daily intake (20 g) provides:
  • 8 g of coconut flour
  • 8 g blond depsyllium
  • 3.88 g of fructo-oligosaccharides
  • 0.12 g of lactobacillus acidophilus

Food supplement herbal:
  • Can not replace a balanced and varied diet.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  • Store in a dry place at room temperature.
