The Sleep complex consists of 3 types of extractions:

aqueous extracts obtained by leaching (lemon balm, poppy, passionflower),
glycerine macerates of buds (linden, fig tree),
orange water and lemon balm.

These different plants and extractions work in synergy to promote sleep and improve its quality, thanks to the contribution of lemon balm and poppy. These plants are known and recognized to facilitate and accelerate sleep. In addition, the poppy helps reduce nervousness and therefore has relaxing properties.

Dosage

Take 1 ampoule a day.

Composition

Ingredients: Aqueous extract of organic lemon balm * ( Melissa officinalis ), aqueous extract of organic poppy * ( Papaver rhoeas ), aqueous extract of organic passionflower * ( Passiflora incarnata ), thickener: vegetable glycerin, organic orange floral water * ( Citrus sinensis) ), organic melissa distillate * ( Melissa officinalis ), acidity corrector: citric acid, glycerine macerate of linden bud * ( Tillia tomentosa ), glycerine macerate of organic fig buds * ( Ficus carica ).
