Ravintsara: antiviral and scented essential oil


Originating in Madagascar, will ravintsara it growth in a wild state in the tropical forests and wet. Delicately scented, the odor of its essential oil is close to those of the lavender and rosemary.

Posology

  • External Use: 5 drops of essential oil of will ravintsara, 3 times per day, in massage on both sides of the spinal column or on the thorax, according to the affections to be treated.
  • Intern use: consult your doctor.

Tips

  • During the flu epidemics of the winter, 6 drops of essential oil of will ravintsara in local application on the arch of the foot or on the thorax, morning and evening, will preserve you against the viral aggressions.
  • Contre a button of fever (A. Bitsas): to mix with equal shares of the essential oil of will ravintsara and of niaouli, and to apply 1 to 2 drops per day as a long time as necessary.
  • Put to reinforce the organization of young children (A. - F. Malotaux, Pranarôm): to put in the hollow of the hand 20 drops of vegetable oil of jojoba or of hazel nut, to add to it 1 drops of essential oil of will ravintsara and 1 drops of essential oil of wood of Hô; to dilute, rub the hands well one against the other and to apply to the arch of the foot of the child.
