A powerful antioxidant, turmeric helps maintain good cholesterol levels. Hawthorn, on the other hand, contributes to cardiovascular well-being by supporting circulation and relaxation.

Properties

  • Turmeric
    Indian spice with high antioxidant power, turmeric has many virtues. In Asia, it is traditionally used in cases of poor digestion, bloating, heaviness or even flatulence. It also helps reduce heartburn and regulate cholesterol levels.
  • Hawthorn
    Endowed with a beneficial and calming activity, hawthorn fights against excessive emotionality and exaggerated perception of stress. Hawthorn also helps control cholesterol.

Dosage

Pour boiling water over the bag and let steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
Drink 2-3 cups a day.
 Composition
 Hawthorn leaf and flower * ( Crataegus monogyna ) 30%, licorice root * ( Glycyrrhiza glabra ) 30%, turmeric root * ( Curcuma longa ) 20%, sweet mint leaf * ( Mentha spicata ) 15%, natural flavors: lemon *, mint and frizzy mint * 5%.
 * Product from organic farming.

Special precautions
 Contains licorice. People with hypertension should avoid excessive consumption.

                                        Je prends cette infusion depuis quelque temps et je constate une baisse de tension et une fatigue excessive

l'Aubépine est un calmant et je ne vois pas le rapport avec le cholestérol-  Lisette
