Au bout de 4 moins, règles beaucoup moins douloureuses (on est passées toutes les 2 de douleurs insupportables à des crampes relativement légères qui n'ont duré qu'une petite journée).

J'ai débuté la cure de macérat de framboisier il y a un mois pour des raisons de cycles trop abondants et des fortes douleurs. Ce produit est réputé pour sa capacité à réguler les cycles de règles et à en diminuer les douleurs au bout de 3 mois d'utilisation mais j'ai déjà ressenti des améliorations (pas de douleurs avant ma période, à part le jour j mais moins fortes que d'habitude et règles beaucoup moins abondantes). J'en suis pour l'instant satisfaite, à voir sur le long terme
