difficile de donner un avis sur l'effet vu que je le prends pas encore. Gout agréable en tous les cas. Je connaissais la marque et elle est de qualité. Description complète sur le site qui indique de le faire par cure.

J'ai mis 4 étoiles pour l'instant car pas essayé. Je changerai si c'est possible plus tard
