Psyllium: regulator of intestinal function


High fiber, envelopes surrounding psyllium seed (also called "integument") are composed of mucilages which swell in contact with water and act in the intestine as an increasing freezing the food bowl.

Indication

The blond psyllium (or ispaghula) is grown mainly in the northwest of India, where it is traditionally used for thousands of years for its functional properties.

Properties

The blond psyllium husks facilitate intestinal transit and increase the feeling of satiety.

Use

Mix 1 tablespoon with a glass of water (100 ml) and drink immediately.
It is important to drink plenty of water as an accompaniment to ensure proper hydration (300 ml).

To be taken 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.

Composition

Psyllium seed integument * (Plantago Ovata). 
 * ingredients from organic farming.

Gluten free, lactose.
100% vegetable.

  • Excessive consumption little cause a laxative effect.
