The food supplement Colon'Clean SFB laboratories is composed of blond psyllium bio.

Indication

The blond psyllium seed coat is the shell of the seed plantain (Plantago ovata) of India. Psyllium is capable of absorbing several times its weight in water.
Thanks to its high concentration of mucilage, it allows deep cleansing of the colon and acts like a sponge cleansing the intestinal walls.

Properties

Psyllium fiber of Colon'Clean:

Help to increase stool bulk.
Treat constipation
Restore the regularity of the transit
Soften stool consistency and facilitate their passage, for example in cases of hemorrhoids, anal fissures, diverticulitis, after surgery, during pregnancy or when layers during prolonged bed rest and recovery period.
Are a real lubricant intestines.

Dosage

1 teaspoon per day the first week and then increase to 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.
Drink lots.

Composition

100% powder husks (seed husks) biological blond psyllium (Plantago ovata).
Naturally gluten-free, lactose-free and without added sugar.
Ingredients 1 tablespoon (8 g): biological blond psyllium fiber 8g

Special precautions

Sometimes there any feelings of bloating and swollen belly, which may occur in early decision and disappear thereafter. If this is the case, reduce the dose to then increase gradually.
If you take medication, space taking psyllium an hour.
This product is not a medicine but a food supplement.
Do not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of young children.
Keep away from heat. and light.
