The blond psyllium (also known as ispaghula or plantain Indies) is used as a dietary supplement for thousands of years for its mucilaginous fiber that is found in the envelopes of seeds.

These envelopes, also called integuments indeed contain fibers which have the ability to increase volume and to form a gel by absorbing many times their weight in water.
The gel thus formed from psyllium husks contributes to intestinal transit.

Use

Take 1-2 tablespoons, 1-3 times a day, mixed with a glass of water or fruit juice.
Use at least 100ml of liquid per scoop.
Shake vigorously and drink immediately.

Drinking enough fluid.
Wait 2 hours before or after medication.
