Vecteur Santé : Discover products
Founded in 1965 by Doctor Raymond Roussel who was convinced of the interest for proper dieting, the Vector Santé brand was initially called "Vie et Santé". Initially, Dr Roussel directed the activity of Vector Santé towards dietary foods of natural origin. Then, he gradually moved towards plant-based health products by creating his company's first dietary supplements.

In the 1980s, the company Vector Santé was passed on to Dr Raymond Roussel’s son : Bernard Roussel. He developed the business by adding new product lines. It included ecological cleaning products from the Biolav brand, soaps, cookies and propolis-based gums.

In 1994, Bernard sold the company to a French group which renamed the company to Vector Santé.

With this change of name, the company also went through a review of its product lines. The lines were adapted to be more coherent as a whole and to meet the stringent regulations and the growing demands of customers in health food stores.

The re-location of the manufacturing activities has brought greater flexibility and a reputation for quality to Vecteur Santé.

In 2010, Vector Santé continued expanding its product range and offered the inhaler with organic ingredients such as eucalyptus, psyllium and various forms of charcoal.

Vector Santé is committed to offering a production, made in France, which respects the environment and preserves the ingredients. This is driven by the desire for a quality standard higher than what its overseas subsidiary could meet. The specifications become more and more demanding day by day as well as the control and certification bodies are more rigorous.

Vector Santé selects suppliers closest to the production site. The materials are mainly French and European and are subject to extensive scrutiny.

Finally, the brand is also committed to creating formulas without adjuvants, excipients, dyes and preservatives. None of the products are tested on animals and the Vector Santé brand offers packaging made in France and Denmark. The ink used is also plant-based.
