Laboratoires Super Diet have selected for you this Magnesium from seawater and associated with Vitamin B6. Magnesium and Vitamin B6 help reduce fatigue.

Dosage

1 tablet, preferably at mealtimes.

 Bulking agent: Microcrustalline cellulose; mineral: magnesium oxide of marine origin; coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, spirtulene concentrate, microcrystalline cellullose, glycerine; anti-clumping agent: magnesium stearate, Vitamin B6.

Nettement plus agréable en gélules qu'en ampoules ! Mais je ressent moins les effets.

De plus la couleur bleu de la gélule me laisse perplexe. Est-ce vraiment un produit si naturel ?
