Properties

Magnesium :
  • helps reduce fatigue,
  • participates in many reactions in the body such as electrolyte balance, energy metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, protein synthesis, cell division process,
  • helps maintain healthy bones and teeth,
  • contributes to healthy muscle and psychological function.
Vitamin B6 :
  • contribution to protein and glycogen metabolism,
  • is involved in the formation of red blood cells and thus the proper functioning of the immune system.
Taurine :
  • helps protect cells against oxidative stress,
  • intervenes in energy metabolism,
  • helps reduce fatigue like magnesium and vitamin B6.

Use

Take 1 capsule per day.

Composition

Per recommended daily portion (1 capsule) : 545 mg of marine magnesium containing 300 mg of elemental magnesium (80% RDA), 120 mg of taurine, 2 mg of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride, 142.9% RDA), bulking agent: starch corn, pregelatinized starch, anti-caking agent: coloidal silica, magnesium stearate, vegetable capsule: hypromellose.
