Gentle Iron is a dietary supplement that contains 20 mg Solgar iron bisglycinate per capsule, the best form of assimilable iron by the body.

Gentle Iron: extra soft iron


Solgar Gentle Iron contains a highly absorbable form of iron: the chelated iron. Not aggressive to the stomach, iron bisglycinate does not cause nausea or constipation and is very suitable during pregnancy.

Properties

Solgar Approved etailer Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin.

Dosage

As a dietary supplement for adults, one capsule per day to be swallowed preferably with meals, or on the recommendation of a therapist.

Composition

Ingredients per vegetable capsule: Bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose 260 mg, 18.7 mg citric acid, maltodextrin 2.2 mg), iron (bisglycinate *) 20 mg (143% RDA **) Envelope of vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl -cellulose), Anti-caking agents (vegetable magnesium stearate).

Très bonne assimilation .... donne de bons résultats qui durent dans le temps contrairement au fer chimique qui grimpe vite mais qui redescend aussi très vite

Plus de 20ans que je n'avais pas eu un si bon taux de ferritine ! Tout les traitements ont été des échecs, surtout pour leur effets secondaires. Avec ce fer là, aucun problème ! Super !! Je recommande +++++ et + encore ! Merci Solgar

vous devriez preciser 20 mg car il existe du 25 mg ! Ce que je croyais recevoir !
