Floradix Iron + plants from Salus contains organic iron (II) in the form of iron gluconate and vitamins B2, B6, B12 and C which help reduce fatigue as well as a normal energy metabolism.

Use

Shake the bottle well before use.
Use the enclosed measuring cup.

Adults and children from 12 years old: 7.5 ml twice a day approximately 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner.
Children 6-12 years: 10 ml per day.
Children 3-5 years: 5 ml per day.

Composition

Aqueous plant extracts (54%) of: carrot root ( Daucus carota ), nettle leaf ( Urtica dioica ), spinach leaf ( Spinacia oleracea ), quackgrass rhizome ( Agropyron repens ), fennel fruit ( Foeniculum vulgare) ), thallus of brown algae ( Macrocystis pyrifera ), hibiscus flower ( Hibiscus sabdariffa ), Mixture of concentrated fruit juices (29.4%) of: pear, grape, blackcurrant juice, water, blackberry, cherry, orange , beetroot, lemon, carob extract, apple, aqueous yeast extract, honey, aqueous extract of rose hip ( Rosa canina ) with 4% vitamin C, iron (iron gluconate), wheat germ extract, vitamin C ( ascorbic acid), natural flavors, vitamins B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin sodium phosphate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
No alcohol, no preservatives, no coloring, no artificial flavors, no lactose.
Suitable for vegetarians.

Special precautions

Be careful not to swallow milk (or any dairy product), tea or black coffee at the time of taking as this considerably decreases the absorption of iron. On the other hand, vitamin C promotes this assimilation: drinking fresh fruit juice when absorbing the elixir is therefore a good idea.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements cannot replace a varied and balanced diet.
Favor a healthy lifestyle.
After opening, will keep for another 4 weeks, upright, in the refrigerator.
Do not drink from the bottle.
This product does not contain alcohol or chemical preservatives. To avoid any fermentation, the bottle must be recapped immediately after each use.
Keep out of the reach of young children.
Before opening, keep the bottle in a cool, dry place (15 -25 ° C).
