The Evening Primerose food supplement contains virgin and organic evening primrose oil from 1st cold pressing, a natural source of Omega 6 and Omega 9.

Evening primrose oil is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, the most valuable of which is Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA).

Use

Beauty, well-being.

Dosage

Internal use: 1 capsule per day with a meal with a glass of water.
External use: open the capsule and apply the oil to the skin.

Nutritional information for 1 capsule :
  • Oenothera biennis olea: 1 g
  • Vit.E: 18mg (150% of the Recommended Daily Allowance).

Composition

Ingredients :
  • Organic evening primrose oil (9% GLA min.): 1000 mg
  • Lives. Natural E (D-α tocopherol) 67%: 28 mg
  • Capsule:
- gelatin: approximately 300 mg
- glycerin: approximately 125 mg

Total content of unsaturated fatty acids for 1 capsule :
  • polyunsaturated: 830 mg
  • Oleic acid omega 9: 50 mg
  • LA (linoleic acid) omega 6: 700 mg
  • GLA (linolenic acid) omega 6: min. 75mg

Without addition of: lactose, sucrose, starch, salt.
Contains neither gluten nor yeast.

Special precautions

  • Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Ideal storage temperature: 15-25 ° C.
  • Respect the recommended daily doses.
  • Cannot replace a healthy and balanced diet.
