Mag-B stress offers a new approach by combining magnesium in its 4 most absorbable forms, with a plant complex and an amino acid (L-theanine). This formula brings you all the benefits of magnesium, without its known drawbacks.

A stick of Mag-B Stress brings you 300 mg of magnesium, which is your maximum daily dose. magnesium helps reduce fatigue.

This formula is reinforced by an extract of quinoa rich in vitamins of group B (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9, B12) and an extract of rhodiola which helps the body to adapt to emotional stress and to reduce fatigue caused by stress and excessive mental work.

Use

Take 1 stick of Mag-B Stress per day, diluted in a large glass of water.

COMPOSITION FOR 1 STICK :
  • Elemental magnesium (80% of the RDI *) from 4 forms of magnesium: glycerophosphate, malate, citrate and gluconate: 300 mg
  • Dry extract of rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea) titrated at 3% rosavin: 200 mg
  • Dry extract of quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa) titrated in vitamins of group B: 100 mg
  • L-theanine: 100 mg
