Spirulina is an algae micro recognized for its nutritional qualities. It is rich in vitamin E, B1, B2, B3, B6, iron and magnesium.

Spirulina: dietary supplement to be fit


Spirulina is a micro freshwater algae known for its nutritional qualities.
Also called "Blue Algae of the Andes", it is produced in Ecuador 2500m and dried using a technique that preserves the integrity of its cells.

The Blue Algae of the Andes is rich in plant protein, vitamin E and vitamin B1, B2, B3 and B6.
It is also rich in iron and magnesium.

Each tablet of Spirulina Flamant Vert is dosed at 500mg.

Virtues

The following vitamins and minerals contribute to:
  • Vitamin E: protects cells against oxidative stress
  • Vitamin B1: normal heart function
  • Vitamin B2: maintenance of normal vision
  • Vitamin B3: maintenance of normal skin
  • Vitamin B6: regulate hormonal activity
  • Calcium: normal muscle function
  • Magnesium: reduce fatigue
  • Iron: normal immune system function.

Use

Spirulina is suitable for all ages: young child athlete, adolescents to the elderly, for pregnant women and vegetarians.

Use

Take (before or during meals) 8-10 tablets daily with a skin of water or fruit juice.

  • Carbohydrates: 0.86 g
  • Fat: 0.3g
  • Vitamin E: 0,21mg (1.8% RDA)
  • Vitamin B1: 0,11mg (10% RDA)
  • Vitamin B2: 0,18mg (12.8% RDA)
  • Vitamin B3: 0,55mg (3.4% RDA)
  • Vitamin B6: 0,06mg (4.3% RDA)
  • Vitamin B12: 0,52ug (20.8% RDA)
  • Magnesium: 12.5 mg (3.3% RDA)
  • Iron: 5,2mg (35.7% RDA)
