Spirulina is a micro freshwater algae known for its nutritional qualities.
Also called "Blue Algae of the Andes", it is produced in Ecuador 2500m and dried using a technique that preserves the integrity of its cells.
The Blue Algae of the Andes is rich in plant protein, vitamin E and vitamin B1, B2, B3 and B6. It is also rich in iron and magnesium.
