Quintesens virgin olive oil is a unique combination of two varieties of olives from ancestral Tunisian soils:

Chetoui olives that give a fruity olive oil with intense aromas of green almond with a slightly bitter and spicy taste.

Chemlali olives that give a softer and medium-fruity olive oil, with a low spiciness and aromas of almond, tomato, apple and fresh grass.

Tunisia offers ideal growing conditions with sunshine and just enough rain. Agriculture is very little mechanized and historically untreated, which makes it a preserved and naturally organic terroir. For the realization of this olive oil, the picking is done with family and by hand, at the heart of family farms. After picking, the olive oil is extracted cold in the nearest mill, then mechanically filtered. Extra virgin olive oil from Quintesens guarantees

This olive oil is used cold or hot, both for seasoning and for cooking (including fried foods) because it has excellent resistance to heat.
Ideas for raw use: in salad dressing, fillet on hot dishes.
Ideas for hot use: in your simmered preparations and even in some pastries (cake with olives, focaccia, ...).
