Proteins of small-milk taste vanilla


Small-milk, or whey, is the liquid which remains during the preparation of cheese. The small-milk concentrate is produced after an ultrafine pattern matching of small-milk. The concentration is carried out using the technology of drying by atomization. Source of amino-acids, the small-milk concentrate is quickly assimilable by the organization.

The organic small-milk concentrate Purasana is a complement protein ideal for the vegetarians, the people who practice a sport as an amateur, a sport of endurance or musculation as well as the elderly people.

Indication

Purasana small-milk comes from cows raised in Austria according to the rules of the organic farming. At least 60% of their feeding are composed of grass, of clover and hay. The other food as well as the care which they receive is in conformity with the organic legislation.

Properties

This small-milk rich in proteins helps to fight the loss of muscular mass and to preserve mobility.

Use

Mix 1 mesurette and half (30-35 G) of small-milk proteins in a shaker or a blender with 300-350 ml of milk, vegetable milk, fruit juice or smoothie. Mix during 15 seconds and drink immediately.

Enrich also your smoothies, shakes, soups, cereals, muesli, breads, pastry makings or flour with one or two small-milk protein mesurettes according to your preferences.

Tips

You can decorate these small-milk proteins of natural sweeteners such as sugar of coconut flower, powder of sisal plant, lucuma, banana, honey, of stevia, fresh fruits…
