Se mélange relativement bien en utilisant un shaker. Le goût est assez neutre, aucun souci de digestion. Bon produit mais prix un peu élevé pour seulement 400g...

La whey est neutre en goût et de bonne qualité. Cependant, elle n'est pas facilement miscible. Pour ma part, supportant assez peu le lait, je me suis rendue compte que la whey (protéine de lait) me donnait des boutons au front.
