Properties
- Ginger
Used for over 3000 years in the Far East as a medicinal and aromatic plant, ginger has a pungent and fruity taste but also many vitamins, essential oil and precious minerals. - Coriander
The slightly sweet tasting coriander is used in almost all dishes in the Near East and Asia. Its delicious aroma is reminiscent of an intense and spicy blend of cinnamon, nutmeg and orange. Cilantro is packed with nutrients. - Fennel
Fennel is one of the oldest known medicinal plants in the world. It is part of the umbelliferous family and has been prized for millennia around the world for its intense aroma. Fennel has a sweet spicy flavor somewhat reminiscent of anise.
Use
Add 2 teaspoons (2.4 g) to 1 liter of boiling water and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Filter. Add hot milk and sugar to your liking.
