Make your own gluten-free bread with this buckwheat mix.
Very easy to use, it only requires the addition of yeast or organic sourdough.

A 500g sachet of preparation allows the realization of a 900g bread.
You will find in the bag all the preparation instructions (by hand and in the bread machine) as well as an idea of variation in savory cake.

Use

Ingredients to add:
  • 25g of "My Gluten Free" lev'quinoa
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 450 to 500ml lukewarm water

Composition

Semi-whole rice flour *, buckwheat flour * (26%), corn starch *, Mix'Gom * (blond psyllium *, acacia gum *), sea salt.

je n'ai pas découvert le mode d'emploi sous l'étiquette. aussi n'ayant pas mis assez d'eau mon pain était immangeable.
