This organic preparation made from millet flour and seeds allows you to prepare delicious gluten-free bread.
Simply add yeast or organic sourdough (you will find the method of preparation on the bag as well as a suggested variation in sweet cake).

A 500g sachet of Millet and Seed Bread Preparation allows you to prepare a 900g bread.

Use

Ingredients to add to the "Millet & seeds" bread mix for organic gluten-free bread:
  • 25g of Lev 'Quinoa
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 450 to 500ml lukewarm water
